In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization. “We” means (and “us”, “our”, and “ours” refer to) Ameba. “You” means (and “your” refers to) the user of the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and continuing to use the Site, and by providing certain Personal Information to us through the Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. The Internet changes every day, and so does the Site. Therefore, we may revise this Privacy Policy, at any time, by updating this posting. These revisions will become effective as soon as they are posted to the Site, unless we say otherwise. We may provide notice to you of such revisions by means of a general notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after these revisions are posted will signify your agreement to these revised terms. Therefore, you should visit this page periodically to review this Privacy Policy.

4. General Information
We use the Site to offer Services to you, and to provide information intended to promote our Services. Our Internet servers may passively and automatically collect certain information about website visitors’ traffic patterns, which may be linked to their Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (which are unique Internet “addresses” assigned to all Internet users by their Internet Service Providers). Server logs may record statistical information, such as visitors’ IP addresses, type of operating systems, time and duration of visit, pages requested, and identify categories of visitors by items such as domains and browser types. These statistics are generally collected and used on an aggregate basis.

You can disable cookies using your Internet browser's settings. Please consult your browser's help function for information on how to disable cookies. 11. How Ameba Responds to Do Not Track Signals
We may partner with third-party service providers to serve ads regarding goods or services that may be of interest to you when you access and use the Site and third party-platform. Some of the ads on this Site or on third party platform may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on what we or the online advertising network serving the ad know about you or your computer’s browsing activity on both the Site and third-party platform. To do so, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through the use of pixel tags).

The Network Advertising Initiative offers useful information about internet advertising companies, including information about how to opt-out of interest-based advertising by their members. See for general information about the NAI and for the opt-out page. You may also visit to learn about interest-based advertising and how to opt-out from ads served by some or all participating companies.

These opt-out mechanisms rely on cookies to remember your choices. If you delete your cookies, use another computer or device, or change browsers, you will need to repeat this process. In addition, opting out of interest-based ads will not opt you out of all ads, but rather only those ads that are personalized to your interests.

12. Resolving Your Concerns
If you would like more information about our privacy practices or if you would like to better understand and verify what Personal Information we have collected about you, please contact the Ameba Privacy Officer. Please let us know about your questions or concerns and we will do our best to help you.
