An email address is required to sign up for your free trial. You may use the service for up to 24 hours without activating. After 24 hours, you will be prompted to check your activation email in order to proceed.

Occasionally, emails of this nature can end up in your “Spam” or “Junk” mail folder.

If you haven’t received your activation email, try these steps to resolve the issue.

  • Make sure there were no typographical errors on the email address you used to sign up.
  • Check your “Junk” or “Spam” folders. The email may be there.
